Getting Started

1) Determine how many of your employees will be selected for this benefit and then contact us.

2) Memberships are paid for one month in advance. If you are enrolling 20 employees, the cost to start the program is 20 x $74.00 ($59.00 + $15.00 shipping) = $1,480.00. This includes the first month of the Clark Fish Club Membership.

A minimum of a six month commitment is required to receive the special Clark Fish Club Deal.

Groups with over 30 employees are eligible to receive a 10% discount on the entire cost of the membership.

3) After enrollment, we will send a welcome email to your employees and walk them through the steps to make their initial selection of healthy delicious fish and seafood.

How do employees make their monthly seafood selections? 

On the first of every month, we will email your employees and they will respond with their selections and delivery date. All orders will be shipped to their home. Orders are processed by 9:30am, on Monday.

What is our return policy? 

Here at Clark Fish, we strive to bring you the freshest and highest quality of seafood available.  You can feel reassured that our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped.  Should your package arrived damaged, please contact us immediately. (Within 24 hours of receipt)  Should the contents of your package arrive spoilt or damaged due to our negligence, as per your request, we will replace your order with another item within the same selected category as the product in question. We will not accept any returns without prior authorization. Please call us at 877.749.6018

What is our cancellation policy?

Members may provide a written notice of cancelation at anytime, but cancelations shall become effective only upon 30 days of the ending date of your policy. Our contracts are for 6 months.

How do you handle customer service? 

Our office and facility is open Monday through Friday, 8 am- 4pm. If there are any issues, suggestions or questions, employees may call or email us.

Where are the orders shipped?

The orders are shipped to your employee’s home. For groups larger than 30 members, orders can also be delivered to your office before 3pm within Dade or Broward counties.
